What training have the guards undergone?
Our Security Guards typically undergo comprehensive training to prepare them for their role. Our training often includes instruction in area such as power of arresrt, fire evacuationg, bomb threat, conflict resolution, emergency response procedures, surveillance techniques, communication skills, and legal requirements specifuc to their juridiction.

How much experience do your guards have?
No experience is require to work with Kappia Security, but all Security Guards must carry a CA Guard Card. We encourage ALL Security Guards to have a deep understanding of security procedures, protocols, and potential threats specific to their work enviroment. We train All Security Guards in monitoring and responding to security incidents, assess risks, and maintain a safe and secure enviroment for individuals and property. How experienced Security Officers have over 10 years of experience.

What requirements do you have for armed guards?
Our Armed Guards must be 21 years old, must pass the background checks, complete a firearm training, must pass the mental and physical health evaluations and physical fitness assements, and must pass all legal requiremts.
